Foxy Brown Inks with Koch, Leaves Def Jam

Brooklyn Rapper Foxy Brown, who was previously signed to Def Jam/Roc-A-Fella since 2004 has just signed with popular indie label Koch Records
The female emcee, who background is Afro-Trinidadian, has endured both hearing loss and a slew of legal woes over the last 3 years. She was due to release her highly anticipated Black Roses through Def Jam, leaving fans to speculate will the Jam keep her material as they did when N.O.R.E left Def Jam unde similar circumstances.
Blank Hand, who manage Foxy, stated that after signing with Koch the rapper will release all of her new material through her own Black Roses Entertainment via Koch.
Fox now joins the evergorwing Koch Roster with Jim Jones, Dip-Set, Sean Kingston, DJ Khalid, Yung Berg, UNK and Keith Murray amongst others. She plans to release her first album since loosing her hearing, entitled Brooklyn’s Don Diva, in December and according to sources at Blank Hand we should see the new street single in the coming weeks.
