Ludacris To Host African Hip Hop Tour
As part of Black History Month MTV2 will show WorldWide Thing: Africa. The feature hosted by Luda will profile some of the hottest African Hip-Hop artists. The MTV2 special will show videos, interview and offer insights into the African Hip-Hop scene. Some of the freshest Hip Hop talent from the Ivory Coast to Senegal to Kenya will have a chance to showcase on the world stage. The show will also be airing
performances of Ludacris featuring the 2Face and Skwatta Kamp crews.
Ludacris stated after his touring that “Africa is the biggest untapped hip hop market in the world”.He continued to say,“So many creative artists have a real life story to tell and I instantly connected to them and their music. I am just as much a fan of there work as they are of mine.”(quotes-props to rapindustry.com)
